London Drugs to add Maple Roch products to more locations

SUMMERLAND, B.C. - Maple Roch products are now available in more London Drugs locations - Vernon, Kamloops and possibly Vancouver.

The addition of locations comes eight weeks after Maple Roch, the producer of fine Canadian organic maple syrup products, landed on the shelves of London Drugs stores in Penticton, West Kelowna and Kelowna as part of the Local Central, launched on April 28 as an initiative to help small businesses severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We have heard great feedback from our customers who are happy to be able to support and have direct access to locally made products in our Okanagan stores," said Jim Larsen, London Drugs store manager in Kelowna. "Maple Roch now expanding their products to stores outside the Okanagan is excellent news and we hope they will enjoy much success from this continued partnership as part of London Drugs' Local Central program. This is a great initiative; Canadian companies supporting fellow local Canadian companies."

London Drugs began selling Maple Roch organic maple spread, maple mustard as well as the amber and dark maple syrup (355ml).

"I'm truly appreciative of the opportunity given to us by London drugs and looking forward to the expansion into these added locations," says Maple Roch owner Roch Fortin.

Maple Roch products are selling well in London Drugs. Fortin says he truly appreciates the support to help small local businesses. This success will help Maple Roch grow its business and bring more employees back to work.
