Recipe - Maple Hot Chocolate

Try this simple, versatile recipe to warm you on those cold winter nights. Perfect for anyone that enjoys the rich, robust flavour of Maple and would like to avoid refined sugars.

For every person, you will need,

1 cup (250 ml) milk of your choice, Almond, Soy, Lactose Free, Skim. I like to indulge, so I use Whole Milk. You can also use a combination of milk and heavy creme for a smooth rich taste.

1 - 2 tablespoons of Maple Roch Pure Canadian Maple syrup, or Organic Maple Roch Maple Spread.

1 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan . Heat over medium heat stirring frequently until desired temperature.


Whipped Maple Creme - Whip 125 ml heavy creme with 1 tablespoon Maple Roch Organic Maple Syrup. Spoon over mug of Hot Chocolate. Drizzle with Maple Roch Caramel Spread with Sea Salt.
