Maple Iced Latte
a Pure Maple from Canada Recipe
- 1 lemon wedge
30 ml Maple Roch maple sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 180 ml strong coffee or espresso
- Rub the rim of the tall frosted glass with the lemon wedge, then immediately dip the glass in a saucer containing Maple Roch maple sugar.
- Pour milk and Maple Roch maple syrup into the glass, add ice and pour coffee on top.
