Maple Iced Latte

a Pure Maple from Canada Recipe



  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 30 ml Maple Roch maple sugar
  • 60 ml milk
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • 180 ml strong coffee or espresso



  1. Rub the rim of the tall frosted glass with the lemon wedge, then immediately dip the glass in a saucer containing Maple Roch maple sugar.
  2. Pour milk and Maple Roch maple syrup into the glass, add ice and pour coffee on top.
