• 1 Butternut Squash
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple Roch Dark Maple Syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cut the squash in half, (Like a hamburger bun)
  3. Scoop out the seeds and goop
  4. spread the butter evenly on each half of the squash
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over the buttered squash
  6. Pour the maple syrup evenly on each half of the squash
  7. Put one half on top of the other so the two halves are back together
  8. Place the squash on a circular pan covered in foil and put in the oven for one hour or until you can slide a sharp knife easily into its side. At thirty minutes, flip the whole squash upsidedown.
  9. When the squash is finished cooking, pour out any accumulated liquid
  10. Serve
