Both vinaigrettes are made with our signature maple syrup which is a single forest, meaning it is not mixed with other syrups. This allows our maple syrup to taste just as it should; as if it were harvested from the tree and boiled right in front of you.

Maple Cranberry Vinaigrette: A soft balance between fruity and bright tartness, this vinaigrette is delicious as a salad dressing and will complement cheese, berries and fruit beautifully. The fresh ginger and orange radiates with the vibrance of spring.

Maple Apple Cider Vinaigrette: A taste of summer any time of the year, bursting with intense flavors and alluring aromas. This maple apple cider vinaigrette infuses the maple syrup right into the tart apple flavour, amplifying each other's flavor perfectly. Excellent as a salad dressing or marinade, this vinaigrette is sure to be a hit.

Naturally, our vinaigrettes are amazing on salads from cobb or kale salad, to strawberry spinach salad and beyond. The versatility of these delicious vinaigrettes does not stop there; try either of these vinaigrettes as a marinade for chicken, turkey and pork, as bread dippers, in stir fry's, with seafood like shrimp. And in sauces as a drizzle dressing for a fresh veggie platter.
