BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats  Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Roch dark maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a 16oz mason jar and stir until everything is well combined.
  2. Mash the banana and peanut butter together and add to the mason jar. 
  3. Stir the mixture well so that everything is incorporated.
  4. Let it soak in the fridge overnight.
  5. Top the overnight oats with the leftover banana and a dollop of peanut butter in the morning. You can also pour a little bit more maple syrup on top too for extra sweetness.
