This BBQ sauce is made with our signature maple syrup which is single forest origin, meaning it is not mixed with other syrups. This allows our maple syrup to taste just as it should; as if it were harvested from the tree and boiled right in front of you.

We were so lucky that our friend, Julia from Honduras brought this fantastic recipe back with her, and added maple syrup to it to make it a truly Canadian gourmet BBQ sauce. This sauce is amazing on chicken, ribs, pork chops and all sorts of meat, and you are going to love its versatility as you try it (and love it) on pizza as a sauce, on flatbread, as a dipping sauce, or drizzle it on a stronger cheese on a charcuterie board. Yum!

Ingredients: Organic maple syrup, brown sugar, molasses, tomato base, vinegar, spice, paprika, ancho pepper, salt, mustard. 200ml
