Here is how to make maple waffles using the Maple Roch Heavenly Hotcake Mix.

HOW TO MAKE MAPLE ROCH WAFFLES WITH THE HEAVENLY HOTCAKE MIX

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 cups of Maple Roch Hotcake Mix
• 1 cup milk of your choice
• 3 tbsp. oil
• 2 eggs: separate egg yolks from egg whites

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat the egg yolks well.
2. To the egg yolks, add the 1 cup of milk and the 3 tbsp. of oil.
3. Mix together.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer or stand mixer until they are stiff and peaks form.
5. Fold the egg whites into the maple waffle batter.
6. Follow the instructions on your specific waffle maker.
7. Enjoy!
